Type of RMA Request
Non-Warranty Item Return: Returning a used & installed. but not damaged item less a restocking fee (within the return period)
Warranty Return: Returning an item for warranty evaluation (within the warranty period)
Re-certify: Returning an item unopened, unused less a restocking fee (within the return period)

RMA# Request Expectations:
- • DO NOT ship a unit without an RMA#. Zeftronics will not process any unit returned without Zeftronics’ prior authorization.
- • A restocking fee is applied to all returned units.
- • Customers who have not purchased a unit through a distributor must contact Zeftronics for an RMA# before shipping the unit back to Zeftronics.
- • Distributors and other sellers must contact Zeftronics for an RMA# for their customer.
- • After contacting the customer, Zeftronics will return any unit that it receives without an RMA# or required / proper documentation, within 72 hours.
- • Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return/Restocking Fees (RSF):
- • A restocking fee is applied to all returned units.
